Our Big Phat Beard Monster brush is hand crafted using natural beechwood providing a light yet durable beard grooming gizmo. It hugs your face with every stroke allowing the boar bristles to shape and disperse our oils evenly throughout your beard. *Nut derived oils are not commonly allergenic but if you do have a sensitivity, it’s generally advised to perform a skin patch test. Simply place a drop of oil on the inside of your wrist and leave uncovered for 24 hours. If there is no reaction, itching, redness, or swelling, it should be fine for you to use the oil. For customers with nut allergies, it’s certainly better to be safe than sorry*
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a full refund. However, there are a few rules we ask you to adhere to. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £20, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are unable to process a refund or exchange if we have not received the item back.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we would kindly ask that you email us alongside an image of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the image we will look into the matter further and be in touch within 24 hours.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 52 Abbeyville Street, Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland BT370AG. Please note that we do not
pay for an item to be posted back to us if the reason is personal preference.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your refund yet, we ask you to kindly check your bank account again. We would then recommend contacting your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, we recommend contacting your bank; we often find there is some processing time before a refund is posted.
